2. Start a new hobby. Engaging in gratifying activities can promote positivity. Perhaps join an art class, learn to play piano, or write a short novel. The idea is to get creative investigating areas of interest bringing joy and fulfilment.

3. Explore the outdoors. Enjoying a nature walk, smelling the ocean breeze, and admiring the sunset are some breathtaking experiences! Which nature spots have you yet to discover in your area? There are plentiful of rejuvenating activities that can be found in nature. Have fun exploring!
