Yes, Firstat has staff members answering phones around the clock to help meet your needs.

Is there a Registered Nurse available for consultation at all times?

Yes, a Firstat nurse is available to assist at all times. Each of our patients has a RN Case Manager assigned to their case.

What is the cost to have an assessment done to see if home care is a viable solution?

Assessments are done free of charge. We are more than happy to meet with potential patients and/or their families ahead of time to see if home health care is the appropriate solution.
